Katie is EOI’s Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the company’s strategic business planning. In this role, she continues to enhance EOI’s relationships with its client, broker, and carrier partners, resulting in a superior customer service and management process. Katie brings to EOI 20-plus years of industry experience, most recently serving as the Vice President of Salesforce Effectiveness at Voya Financial. Previously, Katie served Aon Hewitt as a Senior Vice President, where her responsibilities included people management, process implementation, ongoing assessment and improvement of processes, oversight of system investments, communication to leadership team and consultants nationally, procurement of carrier panels, legal agreements with carrier partners, and ongoing carrier relationships.
