John Allen & Katie Bikulcius Promoted to Co-Presidents

EOI Service Company is pleased to announce the promotion of John Allen and Katie Bikulcius to Co-presidents as Jim Davidson assumes role of Chairman & CEO, effective immediately.

EOI Service Company today announced key changes to leadership in the company. Founder and current President Jim Davidson will assume the role of Chairman & CEO as the firm announces two new Co-presidents – John Allen and Katie Bikulcius.

“I have been fortunate to lead a company that has seen tremendous growth over the past few years and look forward to this new role within our organization,” said Davidson. “It is no understatement to say that John and Katie understand our services and clients from all perspectives. Their thought leadership has been vital to our advancement and I am thrilled to mentor and support them as they handle the day-to-day leadership of the company.”

John Allen named President & Chief Distribution Officer
Since joining EOI in 2009, John has played a key role in strategic sales and marketing and has lead growth efforts for the company. In that time, John has not only directly contributed to the company’s success, but also to the expansion of our relationships with employers, brokers, and carriers. John is known as an industry thought leader, strategically positioning value-based solutions for HR business partners that reach far beyond voluntary benefit offerings.

“Over the past 40 years, EOI has demonstrated a proven track record of making good decisions and sound investments in the firm and our people. I believe we are at a tipping point where we are poised to make decisions that will propel us to the next level,” said Allen. “I look forward to partnering with Katie to continue investments into EOI that will result in even higher levels of value for our clients, brokers, and carrier partners.”

John will continue to oversee EOI’s expansion efforts while also taking on additional responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the business.

Katie Bikulcius named President & Chief Operating Officer
Katie joined EOI in 2016 and has brought a consultative perspective to EOI, improving execution of services across the entire organization. She has over 20 years of industry experience in people management, process implementation, ongoing assessment and improvement of processes, oversight of system investments, communication to leadership team and consultants nationally, carrier partnerships, ongoing relationships, and more.

“After four decades in business, EOI continues to be a vibrant and thriving company, which is demonstrated by our year over year growth for the past several years. Katie will continue to focus on cultivating process best practices and ensuring EOI delivers services in a manner that sets EOI up for long-term success while also taking on responsibility for day-to-day leadership of our business.
