Keith has been an integral part of EOI’s communication and enrollment services since 1986. He worked in the field as a benefit counselor from 1986 to 1989 and then as an enrollment manager from 1989 to 1993. He has had extensive experience in the training and management of benefit counselors. Since 1993, Keith has brought his management skills to his role as head of EOI’s Benefit Support Center (BSC), which is the headquarters for EOI’s national call center enrollment services. He is responsible for all call center enrollments throughout the country, including webinars and other electronic means to support EOI’s voluntary benefit enrollment projects. He is extremely knowledgeable in both core and voluntary benefits and is an effective communicator of benefits to blue, gray, and white collar employees at all levels.
