HRA (Cigna)

Health Reimbursement Arrangement ( HRA)

Eligibility: Full-time employees are eligible for the HRA the 1st of the month following 30 days of service. You must be participating in the Cigna Choice 3000.

General information: The company funds the HRA to reimburse you 75% of your eligible medical expenses up to a maximum benefit of $2,200 per family or individual for Cigna plan expenses only. You are allowed to carry over up to $500 into the next plan year. Please refer to the HRA’s Summary Plan Description for details and exclusions.

Health Assessment: By completing a Health Assessment, $200 employer contribution is made to the employee’s Health FSA. The Health Risk Assessment is through Wellworks Inc. You can complete the Health Assessment at their website at EOI Group ID: 22.
