Health Reimbursement Arrangement ( HRA)
Eligibility: Full-time employees are eligible for the HRA the 1st of the month following 30 days of service. You must be participating in the Cigna Choice 3000.
General information: The company funds the HRA to reimburse you 75% of your eligible medical expenses up to a maximum benefit of $2,200 per family or individual for Cigna plan expenses only. You are allowed to carry over up to $500 into the next plan year. Please refer to the HRA’s Summary Plan Description for details and exclusions.
Health Assessment: By completing a Health Assessment, $200 employer contribution is made to the employee’s Health FSA. The Health Risk Assessment is through Wellworks Inc. You can complete the Health Assessment at their website at https://wellworksinc.com EOI Group ID: 22.
