Santa Ana, CA – January 6, 2017 – EOI Service Company, Inc. is pleased to announce that Chris Guckert has joined the company as Vice President of Strategic Marketing. He will be working on business development and process improvement and will be operating from our newest EOI office in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. area.
Chris joins EOI with over 25 years of management and operations knowledge, leadership, and business development experience, offering a unique perspective of the employee, employer, broker, and vendor positions in the overall benefit enrollment process.
For the last year, Chris has been an independent consultant, providing services for brokers, employers, and insurance companies designed to increase engagement and productivity in the employee benefit enrollment process.
His background also includes co-founding and acting as a managing partner for iBenefit Communication in Baltimore in May 2013. This followed 14 years as founder, owner, and managing partner of Impact Enrollment Solutions, also in Baltimore. Prior to that, Chris was a vice president of worksite marketing for Aegon/Transamerica. Chris has served on several insurance company advisory boards, been a featured speaker at industry conferences, and has written articles for books and magazines related to the employee benefit and enrollment industry.
