Maggie DeBow, Director, Consumer Services
Maggie graduated from Concordia University, Irvine in 2008 with a degree in psychology. She joined EOI in August 2008 as a benefit counselor before transitioning to her current role in 2010. She uses the knowledge that she gained in the field to help with the implementation of enrollments. Maggie works closely with our clients, brokers, and carriers to make sure the enrollments are set up properly and in a timely fashion.
Tonya Faber, CEBS, Senior Manager, Client Implementation
Tonya brings to the EOI team more than 16 years of management and consulting experience in pensions and retirement planning. She began her career in 2000 at Willis Towers Watson as the workflow coordinator for the Chicago retirement unit. She managed and deployed the work streams of over 70 employees. In 2006, she shifted to an external consulting role in pension administration. In this role, she partnered with clients to calculate and administer employee pension and retiree medical benefits. With the downsizing of many defined benefit pension plans, she assisted clients with the termination process which involved the following: amending the plan, bulk lump sum offering, plan freeze, government filings, and annuity purchase. While tenured at Willis Towers Watson, she was also involved in testing pension administration systems to ensure the calculations were being administered according to the terms of the plan. Tonya holds her CEBS designation and is well-versed in the realm of employee benefits.
Kathy Forni, Senior Manager, Benefit Support Center
Kathy has been the supervisor of the Benefit Support Center for three years. She is responsible for counselor scheduling, customer support, and running analytical reports. Kathy has many years of customer service and management experience and possesses strong computer skills. She spent much of her career working with the public in high volume businesses and her strongest attribute is ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Additionally, Kathy is experienced in local government work, where her duties included educating the public, creating and presenting budgets to commissioners, and working with associations to change state legislation.
Jessica Billiet, MBA, Project Implementation Manager
Jessica joined the EOI team in 2015 as a Project Implementation Manager and heads up EOI’s small group marketing initiative. She began her career in human resources management in 2008 before migrating to health insurance in 2010 as the Director of Specialty Benefits Division with Mutual Med Insurance Services. She was commissioned to help brokers expand their book of business by reviewing groups as they came up for renewal and led a team that successfully layered in gap type products to help reduce the cost of healthcare and simultaneously improve the overall benefit package. Her division won the award for fastest growth two years in a row. Jessica is a past member of the Illinois Health Underwriters, has served as a carrier panelist, and has participated in advisory boards for carriers in the Midwest. She holds a Healthcare Consultant PPACA Certification through the American College and is currently in the process of completing her CEBS and PHR designations.
Sue Henson, Project Implementation Manager
Sue joined EOI over 14 years ago in quality control and has since been promoted to project implementation manager. In her current role, she works with our broker, client, and insurance carrier partners and the EOI project implementation team to ensure that enrollment projects run smoothly from start to finish. She creates and manages the timelines for enrollments and provides expertise in the timely resolution of problems that arise. Sue also manages our customer service team and oversees all application processing.
Corinne Henyan, Project Implementation Manager
Corinne joined the EOI team in February 2018 as a Project Implementation Manager, heading up EOI’s efforts in the rapidly growing Denver market. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the successful day-to-day execution of enrollments. Her career includes extensive experience in benefits enrollment, voluntary products, and broker relationship management, most recently as Client Relations Manager at BenefitVision. Corinne holds a B.S. in Speech Communications from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
Andie Marino, Project Implementation Manager
Andie began her benefits career in 2003 as benefit counselor before holding the position of HR director at a retirement home for 10 years. She then joined BearPaw Benefits in 2003 as a benefit counselor, later moving into the roles of case manager and account executive. Andie joined the EOI team as a benefit counselor in 2012 and was promoted to the role of project coordinator in March 2014. Her past experiences provide her with a unique point of view that is appreciated by our client and consultant partners alike.
Erica Krampf, Project Implementation Manager
Erica joined the EOI team in October 2017 as a benefits counselor supporting the Call Center and On-Site enrollments. In May 2019, she was promoted to Project Implementation Manager. Prior to EOI, she assisted individuals, medicare eligible participants, and small business groups with all aspects of the implementation and client service process. She has over 13 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Erica is also working on her CEBS designation.
Heather Myers, Project Implementation Analyst
Heather joined EOI in October of 2017 as a Project Implementation Analyst. Heather possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interface with all levels of management and individuals from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines. She thrives in fast-paced and changing environments as a detail-oriented and proficient multitasker. Heather’s project management experience enables her to think practically in order to solve problems and coordinate all aspects of the project including budgeting and scheduling. Heather is also a customer service expert with a range of skills including process improvement, documentation, tracking and streamlining and writing policies and procedures.
